• Enquiry & contact data — name, email, phone number, company name and message you submit via our contact or enrolment forms.
• Account data — for MegaLearn users: name, email, role, and (for trainers) payout bank details you provide.
• Learning data — course enrolments, progress, assessment results and certificates generated on the platform.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and session information, collected via server logs and cookies for security and functionality.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations for training programs.
• To deliver e-learning, track HRDC-compliant attendance and progress, and issue certificates.
• To process enrolments and, where applicable, HRD Corp claim documentation.
• To maintain the security, integrity and performance of our website and platform.
• To send service communications relating to your enquiry, account or enrolment.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and session storage to keep you logged in and to protect our forms. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical data to distinguish humans from automated bots. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

4. Disclosure of your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to: (a) HRD Corp, where you request assistance with a levy claim; (b) service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, email delivery, bot protection), bound by confidentiality; and (c) authorities where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, to comply with HRDC audit and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Enquiry records and learning records are kept in line with these requirements and then securely deleted.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS encryption, hardened session cookies, access controls and login rate-limiting — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
