1. Our services

Megabyte provides corporate training and e-learning programs, some delivered in-house, live online or as self-paced e-learning, and some delivered in partnership with associate trainers. Course content, schedules and pricing are described on the relevant program pages and are subject to change until confirmed in a written quotation.

2. Enrolment & payment

• E-learning enrolment fees are payable per participant as stated at checkout.
• In-house, live-online and consulting programs are quoted per engagement; the applicable fees and payment terms are set out in your quotation.
• Promotional prices are valid for the stated period only.

3. HRD Corp claims

Many of our programs are HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers. Whether a claim is approved is at the sole discretion of HRD Corp, subject to your levy standing, the applicable scheme and correct submission via eTRiS before training begins. Megabyte will provide the necessary course documentation but does not guarantee the approval, amount or timing of any grant or reimbursement.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, content, trademarks and platform software are owned by Megabyte or its licensors and associate trainers. You may use them solely for your own learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share course materials without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, share account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls or HRDC watch-time requirements, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon meeting the completion and assessment criteria for a course. Certificates evidence completion of the training and do not constitute a professional licence or accreditation unless expressly stated.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, Megabyte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
